Grossvenedigers Zwickel Bier naturtrüb das beste für Genießer

dieses köstliche Bier paßt auch hervorragend zum Essen

 helles goldbraun in der Farbe,

im Duft, Karamel, Hefe,  Mellise und Walnussnote,

mittlerer Körper, lebendige Säure die sich gut mit dem Extrakt verbindet, im Geschmack Karamell, hopfig, malzig, würzig, am Gaumen cremig  und malzig ausklingend.

Diese Bier paßt ausgezeichnet zu einem Schweineschnitzel "Andreas Hofer" gefüllt mit Speck, Zwiebeln und würzigem Almkäse, dazu Röstkartoffeln  aus der Genuss Region Osttiroler Kartoffel.

1976 Château Mouton Rothschild

(Wine was served chilled) ruby red in colour with a brownish tinge around the edge. The nose combines cherry, tobacco, leather, sour cherry and a hint of apple mint. This light-bodied wine combines flavours of tobacco, tea notes and a hint of apple mint and has a medium length finish. A fine wine, but it has reached the end of its life. Drink up. 80 points. Tasted in April 2007.

1996 Château Latour à Pomerol Pomerol

Red/purple colour with a brownish tinge around the edge. The nose has a hint of burnt sugar, yeast, animal tones, leather, black tea tones and cherry. The fine cherry continues on the palate, combined with apple mint, sage and coffee. It is a medium-bodied wine with soft tannins and a creamy long finish. The elegance and silkiness make this wine stand out. Drink and enjoy until 2015. 90 points. Tasted in April 2011.
